Since our weather is so much nicer, next week I plan to restart my What I'm Wearing Wednesdays. I skipped several of these posts the last few weeks. There's only so many outfits you can post wearing sweatpants, which has been my new wardrobe with my bloated baby belly. But in the meantime, until next Wednesday, I wanted to share an easy recipe made for two!
Easy Pork Roast for Two
1/2 pork tenderloin (you can buy a whole one, cut in half, and freeze separatly)
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg ranch seasoning
2 chopped potatoes
1 bag of carrots
1/2 an onion
1 c water
Place all the ingredients in your crock pot, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or you can cook on high for 4 hours. That's the great thing about this meal - no matter how long I leave it in there (4, 6, or 8 hours) it has never come out burned. The other great thing is that it makes just enough for two people. Sometimes we have so many leftovers that we just can't finish them, and this recipe totally takes away that problem.
Finding meals for two can be be really hard - do you have any favorites that don't leave a ton of leftovers?!
