I'm sure I'm not the only one looking ahead to my spring outfits. The temps sure aren't ready for them, but I am. I wanted to find a way to incorporate those looks into winter. What better challenge than with a maxi dress?!
I had no idea how to even begin this process, so I consulted a few other blogs to see how they did it. I found some great ideas!

Jessica and Hilary are two sisters who definitely know style. I loved that they gave more than just one look, and a ton of color combos to use. They also included maxi skirts, which is another thing I would love to winterize more. You can check out their whole post here!
I liked the opposite about Ashley's post - the way she paired her neutrals was so great, and it gave the maxis a bit more of a wintery feel. Most of us have bright colored and spring patterned maxis, so I didn't want to just present these options alone. The shoes that she picked are a little out of my comfort zone, but I love how they look with the dresses! Read hers here!
Hannah's options were my most favorite! I loved the look of the coat over the maxi, without making it look too drab. Her jacket choices were just so great. Not to mention, they all just have such a chic look about them. The booties were an excellent choice for winter shoes and a summery dress. I highly suggest her post, which you can find here!
