OOTD: Warm and Cozy

One of the best things about this week: it's my husband's last week on nightshift! For the first time since we've started dating, we'll both be on dayshift! I seriously cannot wait, I have so much enjoyed being up with the sun, even if it has been winter.
Because we've literally been working opposite shifts the last few weeks, my OOTD photographer in training hasn't been as available. So this week's post will be in a little different format - as in, my outfit before I actually put it on.

Rainy Day Outfit

Scarf and Bow Outfit

Mint and Rose Gold Accessories

American Eagle jeans Outfit

Oversized Sweater and Skinny Jeans

Sweater: Forever 21 // Tee: Victoria's Secret // Jeans: American Eagle // Shoes: Target // Scarf: Charming Charlie // Necklace: Charming Charlie // Watch: Target // Bracelets: Charming Charlie

It has been so rainy here all weekend and week, which I guess is better than tons of snow. But it has made it so dreary and gloomy to go out in. This outfit was perfect for that - the sweater is so warm I didn't even need a coat.

I always wear skinny jeans or leggings in rainy weather - anything else gets dragged all through the puddles and wet. AE skinnies just fit so well that they are my go to for a look like this.

I don't have a lot of rose gold accessories, but I love wearing it as an accent! It looked so pretty with the cream scarf, and any necklace with a bow on it is a no brainer! And it just matches the mint watch so well.

What do your rainy day cozy outfits consist of?

  3. YAY for your man being on day shift! When J and I first got married, we weren't on the same kind of schedule for a few years and I remember that first week of "normalcy" and how good it felt! And then he became a college football coach so that went straight to hell, but it was fun while it lasted!! Enjoy it!! This outfit is absolutely adorable and looks so cozy (totally my style)!
