The Empties Post

It's a rainy Tuesday here - which means its a perfect day to catch up on reading all the blogs I follow. Sometimes rainy days can be so cozy!

I don't normally do these kind of posts, but since I ran out of several things pretty much all at once, I decided to do a post on my empties. Some were good, and some were bad; so I thought I would share!

Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser and Derma E Review

Garnier Fructis Dry Shampoo and Elf Bronzer Review

Derma E BB Cream - I got this BB cream in a Birchbox a long time ago, and ended up loving it even though I had never heard of the brand. It goes on really smooth and the color was great. It's actually not terribly expensive so it's something I would consider buying in the future for sure!

Bio True Contact Solution - I got this as a sample with my last contact order. I usually just buy the cheap brand at Meijer, but a better brand really does make a difference when I put my contacts in every morning. This is a definite repurchase.

Garnier Fructis Dry Shampoo - I bought this because I like other products from their brand. I really hated this though! I made it through the can so I wouldn't waste it, but it was torture. It sprayed out wet, and took a ton to work. And even then it weighed my hair down. I will not repurchase this one!

Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser - There isn't much I don't like from Neutrogena. This is no exception. This is so gentle for my sensitive skin, and takes off all my makeup! Any one of their face washes are great!

Elf Bronzer - I really do like elf's bronzer palatte. It works for my lighter skin tone, and has 4 colors so you can blend a color you like. It has the perfect amount of sparkle to it. And we all know their stuff is cheap, so it's worth it!

What is one of your favorite empties that you would repurchase?

  5. Oh! I may need to try that bronzer, I struggle to find a light enough bronzer for my pale skin. I recently finished my 'It's A 10 Leave-In Conditioner Plus Keratin' I got as a sample from Ulta, and I need another bottle.

  16. Now that I'm losing my tan, I need to invest in a good bronzer! I also sometimes feel guilty because I have so many products that I don't empty completely, looks like you get your moneys worth!

  17. I like a good "empties" post too!! I love neutregena products too and I've tried several different dry shampoo's and there are many that are terrible!! I'm using Dove's right now and I'm really like it because it has a good smell to it too!

  18. Girl I agree with your review on the dry shampoo! I was so dissapointed with it that it made its way right to the trash. It made my hair almost feel weighed down and greaser.. if that is possible for a dry shampoo to do?! I love your product reviews!!! This is a super cute way to do it!

  23. I totally agree with you on that dry shampoo! I heard so many people raving about it, but I really thought it did absolutely nothing. I think Batiste will forever be my favourite!
