This week went by so fast!! Every week gets closer to my sister's wedding on the 21st - I am sure that's why time seems like its flying. This week for the link up I am sharing some of my moments from the week, as well as a link or two that I thought was pretty cool!
First, I am sharing this recipe that I am using for my sister's bachelorette party! It sounds amazing and I can't wait to try it - so I had to share!
Funfetti Cake Punch
1 bottle (2L) of Sprite
1/2 bottle of cake vodka
1/2 gallon of rainbow sherbert
I am expecting it to be so good, that I am doubling the recipe :) You're welcome.
I am sure you are wondering why there is a picture of mittens on my blog, when it's almost June. I mentioned earlier in the year around February that I lost one of my favorite mittens - no idea where. If you ever see these at Target, snatch them up! They are the best and sell out so quick! I'm not even sure how this is possible, but I was walking Ollie this week, and FOUND THE OTHER MITTEN in the street!! What are the odds of that?! It was right in front of the neighbors house, and still in one piece! I was a happy camper!
Ollie had a very eventful week. We went swimming in his pool Monday and Tuesday - some of you may have seen on instagram. My husband took him to the park yesterday, and a horse fly got him right in the face! He looks like Harry Potter after Hermione tries to disfigure his face. I freaked out a little at first, but gave him some benadryl and steroids we have from the vet (Ollie gets into a LOT of things) for allergic reactions. It took all night long, but it did go down back to normal.
I had several questions and comments about the mascara that I mentioned I use this week. I thought what better way to show you how it works than take a picture. These are both after pictures. I usually put on two light coats on top and bottom, and then actually put on coat on the back side of my upper lashes in between the 2 regular coats. I love how long they make my lashes look! And it comes off so easy.
Lastly, I am leaving you with THIS link. I stumbled across a video my high school made (Go Chargers!), and it has like almost 30,000 views! Its a pretty cool representation of all the sports and clubs they have, as well as a tribute to the seniors. It's pretty long, but even if you watch part of it, its pretty cool. I definitely urge you to watch the part with the pool more towards the beginning! Too bad we didn't do this while I was there! To see it ----> CLICK HERE! See if you can spot the cat, 2 dogs, and waldo!
Happy weekend everyone!
