Sunny and Warm OOTD! And funny YouTube Video

I hope you all got to enjoy the nice warm weather the last two days! I don't think it will stay this warm just yet, but soon!! I took full advantage of the weather and I pulled out some of my spring clothes. I was also kind of hoping that if I dressed warm, it would stay warm :)
We spent the day picking up my sister's wedding dress, shopping, and then getting dinner with a friend!

Top: Target Scarf: Dottie Couture Skirt: Closet Candy Shoes: Charlotte Russe Bracelets: Aerie, Dottie Couture, Forever 21
I also had a jacket (which I conveniently forgot to snap a picture of), but thankfully it was so warm most of the day I didn't even have to wear it. The scarf was perfect to keep out the breeze, and yet keep my outfit from looking too springy. This outfit was perfect for a day of outlet mall shopping! I also tried a new hairstyle, that I can't believe worked. I really like it, although I wish my hair was longer. Story of my life. I am still perfecting it - on how to make it last all day long. But here's a peek!

I used my curling wand, that I got forever ago on Groupon. It gets soooo hot, that it has taken some practice not to burn myself a ton. And it only has one heat seating. That one setting is called "searing hot" in my opinion. If you haven't seen this, watch it. I was so afraid this was going to happen to my hair!
My sister and I watched this with tears in our eyes we laughed so hard. Thankfully, this did not happen to me.
Happy Hump Day everyone :)

  14. I admire that you are so adept at using a curling iron, I am absolutely awful at it... I am actually going in for a hair consult Friday to talk about getting extensions put in my hair (it's gotten that bad)... Your hair truly looks great!

Also, I need to check out this Dottie Couture (I think I've heard my sister talk about it... she lives in Indy) as I really want to start to try to wear more bracelets. I love the boho look, but never think to buy wrist candy when I'm out shopping.

    1. Yes - there are 2 locations in Indy but you can order online too! If you are looking for great bracelets at a cheaper price, look for a Charming Charlie's near you, or go to charmingcharlie.com! They have an awesome selection!
