Cheers!

Last year, several co-workers from my work had a Halloween party. And at that party, was the most addicting fall adult beverage I have ever had. If you haven't tried it you need to. It's just - yum. It's a caramel apple in a glass. I have to admit to drinking it in all seasons, not just fall. My sister even had it at my bachelorette party. Which was in April. Here it is. You're welcome.
The fact that this is so easy makes it even better. I have also had it with vanilla vodka. Don't worry, that's just as good. I love my pumpkin spice lattes, but this is way better.
Since that drink was so delicious, I am really wanting to try this off of pinterest. You may have seen it already. But it looks just a yummy. I have yet to try it however. If you have, let me know how awesome it is.
It calls for whipped cream vodka, root beer, whipped cream, and a cherry. Again, how much easier can we make it? This would be perfect for a hot summer day. Or even a cold winter day because I love root beet floats. I distinctly remember a 3 month period in college where my roommates and I pretty much had a diet of root beet floats. Not sure why, but we were obsessed. This looks like it would be just as delicious. It think it's safe to say that we have graduated to this version.
Now I know you are saying to yourself, "Self, this is a butter beer. What is a butter beer doing on a post about adult beverages?". Because its delicious,  that's why. If you've never been to Harry Potter World you're missing out to begin with. But that means you've never had one of these. They are just yum.
I didn't really get into Harry Potter until I was in college. But they are by far some of my favorite books, and I can watch the movies over and over. For our honeymoon (in West Palm Beach), my husband surprised me and took me here. LOVED IT. It's as close to being in the movie as you'll get. I'm a nerd, I know
Even if you aren't a HP fan, I highly recommend going to Universal Studios. Great vacation, I've been a few times. The rides are just so freaking cool. Be sure to check out the butter beers. And if HP bores you, then you can always stop by and see Jaws too.
Yes, my husband is a goofball. He was so excited about this picture.
Have you ever been to see HP world?

  4. I'm obsessed with Harry Potter world and a few years ago the company my husband works for rented out just the HP part of the park and had drinks set up everywhere. You could ride the HP ride as many times as you wanted to because there was only 500 people there. We had fish and chips to eat and drank as much butter beer as we wanted! It was truly amazing and a dream come true! We always say even if we went back it wouldn't be the same as that one time!
